Hi I’m looking to use the member plugin again but need to make sure it is compatible with PHP Version 7.4
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. The timeline is having it go live by November 1st.
May 12, 2014 at 7:17 pm in reply to: eStore – If PayPal confirmed address is missing, no IPN is sent to eStore #62763absecllcSpectatorI found that option in my PayPal settings and it was turned off. I haven’t had an issue since last week. The last few transactions that came through processed as they were supposed to. I will update if this happens again.

absecllcSpectatorYes, eMember account. I have the option enabled to downgrade the member, but right now it sets their access to unsubscribed, but they still have access to the courses. I have to manually go in and change their access levels.
absecllcSpectatorYes, our salesperson will have their affiliate ID used for the majority of customers (no discount just tracking commision), but for corporate accounts with a large number of employees we would like to provide with a coupon code specific to that account that offers a small group discount and tracks the commission for the salesperson.
absecllcSpectatorIs there a way to make an account inactive after refund is issued? I am using this with LearnDash courses, and with a user unsubscribed, they still have access to the protected content somehow.
I have selected the Delete user option in eStore>Settings>General Settings>Post Payment Processing>Use Automatic Customer Record Removal and this doesn’t seem to work.
I would rather not delete the user, in case we need to issue a refund for a complaint or other reason. We could issue them a refund and change their access. But if a person requests a refund through paypal, we would like them to not have access to content anymore until we change their levels.

March 14, 2014 at 8:50 pm in reply to: eStore – Checkout with Paypal results in a 403 – Forbidden #61587absecllcSpectatorI tried that option and it goes to a page the shows Processing Order and just stays on that page.
This is the page that we are using for setup and testing.

(FYI) I am getting the same error on other pages, like the affiliate plugin pages. Which is leading me to believe it might be a permissions issue and I might need to change the CHMOD settings….thoughts?
