My client informed me that suddenly the lightbox is not working on her site:
I have read all of the similar posts about this but none of the solutions have worked for me. I disabled all plugins and that didn’t change anything.
I installed several lightboxes and none worked. Most of them caused the images to center vertically in the middle of the page. When you click on the image the lightbox worked beautifully but, again, everything is vertically center and stacked one on top of the other.
Can you please help?!
July 12, 2012 at 6:00 am #47281PeterMemberHi,
When a plugin suddenly stops working it is usually because something has changed in the WP system or somebody has accidentally messed around with the setup.
Please see this post and go through the checklists:

July 12, 2012 at 10:09 pm #47282sthomas11MemberHi Peter,
I have done everything I know how to troubleshoot this problem before posting here. I’ve really appreciated the way Amin has helped me and others in the past by at least taking a look at the site. Is there a way I can get more in-depth help?
Thanks,
Stephanie

July 13, 2012 at 2:49 am #47284PeterMemberHi Stephanie,
If Amin has previously logged into your site then maybe it would be best to wait till he sees this message and he can advise about the best course of action. Every-time this post gets bumped it takes longer for him to see the post.

July 14, 2012 at 7:14 am #47286adminKeymaster@sthomas11, The product display that I see on the following page tells me that eStore copy has been customized:
http://sealedcoolers.com/cooler-store/mola-textiles/
I need you to load a fresh build of eStore before I can troubleshoot.
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
Please do that and update this post so I can jump back on your site and check a few things.

July 15, 2012 at 3:33 am #47288sthomas11MemberSorry, spoke too soon. Lightbox feature is working but some pictures are out of alignment
http://sealedcoolers.com/cooler-store/hides-and-skins/
and
multiple images for one product are stacked on top of each other
July 15, 2012 at 3:34 am #47289sthomas11MemberAlso, activating Lightbox 2 makes it even worse.
July 15, 2012 at 5:04 am #47290PeterMemberHi,
After looking at the links you provided, I cannot see the issues you state regarding “some pictures are out of alignment” and “multiple images for one product are stacked on top of each other”.
Can you please be more specific and confirm which particular products/items are exhibiting the faulty behaviour?
July 16, 2012 at 9:32 pm #47291sthomas11MemberWhen you click the links the images you see are each side of the same bag. In other words, the image on top is one view and the one under it is the other side.
When the plugin was working properly, we had one feature image and when it was clicked the second image could be seen in the lightbox.
July 17, 2012 at 5:02 am #47292adminKeymasterYou can still see the additional images by clicking the “Next” link inside the lightbox. I can do next and previous inside the lightbox popup without any issue. You can’t do that? Did you empty the cache to make sure your browser cache is not interfering with the updates you recently did?
Also, you are using Fancy display 3 I think. So it would be a good idea load a new build of the extra shortcodes plugin too (the fancy display comes from there):

July 19, 2012 at 2:21 am #47293sthomas11MemberThanks. That finally did it. I reinstalled the extra shortcodes plugin. Yayyy!
