I have read through nearly all the diagnostics, solutions, workarounds, but nothing is working … the lightbox effect doesn’t show the “x” to close or the “next/prev” for my images. This is just the test area: http://precisionrein.org/wp/test-product1/
February 26, 2012 at 1:54 am #42355adminKeymasterThe lightbox that is popping up on that page is not coming from eStore. You have another lightbox plugin active on that site which is doing it. This post will help you identify it:

March 2, 2012 at 10:32 pm #42356flyingchangewebsMemberI disabled all plugins on that original site and it still didn’t work.
It’s not working on this site either: http://paintedhorsesllc.com/site/fun-stuff/digital-downloads
March 3, 2012 at 4:40 am #42357adminKeymasterAt least it is not popping up the lightbox from another plugin anymore. Please load a fresh build of eStore from here so I can be sure that this is not coming from any other modification:

March 3, 2012 at 12:38 pm #42358flyingchangewebsMemberReinstalled on http://paintedhorsesllc.com/site/fun-stuff/digital-downloads and Still a no go.
Those are two different sites, btw, and lightbox doesn’t work on either one of them.
March 3, 2012 at 10:47 pm #42359adminKeymasterThat means there are still JavaScript errors on that page. I just checked your webpage (http://paintedhorsesllc.com/site/fun-stuff/digital-downloads) and inspected the code and found that you have JQuery code on the page that is not running in No Conflict mode which is messing everything up. Remember bad coding can also come from the theme itself. So make sure do both the theme and plugin test together:

If you have a test install of WordPress somewhere, do the following so we are not going back and forth:
1. Make sure you are using one of the default WordPress themes or Thesis or Genesis so we both know that the theme code is proper.
2. Now, only activate the popular WordPress plugins (for example: Akismet) so we know that no bad coding will come from the plugin either.
3. Now add eStore to this site.
4. Create a WordPress page and place some fancy displays.
5. Share the link to this page.
March 8, 2012 at 3:42 pm #42360flyingchangewebsMemberOn http://gatewayequestrian.com/purchase-precision-reins – when I click the thumbnails, two images pop up. Why?
March 8, 2012 at 10:39 pm #42361adminKeymasterWhen I go to the page you explained I get a 404 error.
Two images will popup if you have another lightbox plugin that is adding automatic lightbox to all images on your site.
