Hi, I have had several people telling me that my videos have a line through them so they can’t be viewed on their mobile. My android won’t let me view it because flash player is not supported. Is this to do with lightbox or handbrake? is there a different setting I can use on either lightbox or handbrake so they will be mobile friendly? They are stored on S3 with cloudfront. If you want your videos to play on mobile devices, you need to use an H264 encoded mp4 video:

With that said, you should also update the Lightbox Ultimate plugin on your site.
The version you are currently using (1.9.4) is not compatible with WordPress 3.9.
