Video Lightbox – unable to view videos on mobiles

Hi, I have had several people telling me that my videos have a line through them so they can’t be viewed on their mobile. My android won’t let me view it because flash player is not supported. Is this to do with lightbox or handbrake? is there a different setting I can use on either lightbox or handbrake so they will be mobile friendly? They are stored on S3 with cloudfront. If you want your videos to play on mobile devices, you need to use an H264 encoded mp4 video:

@snowdonkiwi, Please take a look at the following post which will explain why a cloudfront video cannot be played on a mobile device:

With that said, you should also update the Lightbox Ultimate plugin on your site.

Re-install or Load a Fresh Copy of the Plugin(s)

The version you are currently using (1.9.4) is not compatible with WordPress 3.9.
