I’ve read about other users having this trouble and the log files said it only sent their email once. However, I get 6 or more emails per transaction and the buyer gets the same number of emails per purchase and the log files show that estore is sending it multiple times.
I turned log files on, and made a purchase and here is the log file for this purchase. EMails are still coming in so I don’t know how many I will receive, but so far it’s 10.
The encrypted link is different each email.
I turned off Mailchimp integration, but it still shows it being on.
The 11th email just came in.
I need help!

January 6, 2012 at 1:30 am #40421robinsnMemberUnder mail chimp settings, I have “Use MailChimp AutoResponder” Unchecked and I took the list name out of the product to be sure it wasn’t overriding something.
I want to have mail chimp working when all is said and done, but I was turning it off to see if it was part of the problem.

Okay, I’m using WordPress 3.2.1, eStore 5.3.1, I have WP eMember and WP Affiliate, both deactivated.
I am selling digital downloads. I have a test product for .10 that I am using for the tests. This was copied from a real product and the price changed. It is at [http://sweatybitz.com/products]
I am using iThemes Builder theme. The only plugins that are email related are, Email Obfuscator and MailChimp. I have not actually deactivated any plugins yet to test this, mainly I thought you will probably have seen this before and could save me a lot of time deactivating plugins and buying my product over and over.
When I purchase the product off the above page, it takes me to paypal correctly, it comes back to the correct return URL, it has the order information on the page with the encrypted link (which is different than all the email links), and then emails start hitting my inbox. Each email is a correctly formatted thank you email with an encrypted link. All the email links are different from each other and the return URL’s link.
Would the pin_handle_debug.log help any?
That’s all I know to tell you. Let me know what next step to take! Like everyone, I need to get it working quickly.

The next test will be to see if your plugins or theme are interfering with eStore.

I’ve just realised that you have a relatively old version of eStore.
Please follow these instructions to deactivate, delete and load a fresh copy.
