July 23, 2012 at 1:03 pm #47659PeterMemberHi,
Please do the following tests to determine if you have a plugin/theme conflict:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/test-to-identy-a-conflicting-theme-or-plugin
July 23, 2012 at 10:14 pm #47660NatDavisMemberTried that – the same issue is happening with the default wordpress theme.
July 24, 2012 at 12:01 am #47661PeterMemberWhat about the plugin conflict test….did you do that too?
If so, please try loading a fresh copy of eStore as per the instructions in this link:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
Also, as a side a note – it might be a good idea to upgrade your WordPress version too.
July 24, 2012 at 12:40 am #47662NatDavisMemberThe theme isn’t tested with the latest version. Lists compatibility up to 3.3
Thanks – will take a look. Any chance of coming back to me about how I can re-set up the WP Member Registration page and Login page?
I deleted these to do a fresh install but when I installed it the same old settings were there and it didn’t put in the new pages.
July 24, 2012 at 2:01 am #47663NatDavisMemberI probably can sort it if I can get a list of eStore and eMember shortcodes but I can’t find them anywhere in the documentation
July 24, 2012 at 2:36 am #47664NatDavisMemberTried the reinstall and it still didn’t recreate the main pages for Member Login, Registration and Join Us.
Would it work if I just made these pages and inserted the appropriate shortcode.
Also, the page that is still there for the eStore SHOP you can see all the shortcodes and it isn’t connecting to anything to actually display the products and lists.

July 24, 2012 at 4:23 am #47666PeterMemberRegarding the login and registration page you can simply create a new page (or separate pages) and insert these shortcodes:
[wp_eMember_login]
[wp_eMember_registration]
The first shortcode will insert the registration form and the second shortcode will insert the login form.
The shortcodes for eMember and eStore can be found here:

July 24, 2012 at 12:34 pm #47668NatDavisMemberHi Again!
Got those pages sorted thanks.
Still having the shortcode button issue where not working in tools in page/posts and have found that is also affecting the gallery. The lightbox opens and instead of showing the image URL it show the front page of the website. So the lightbox function is linking to the website home page or URL address.
Is there a setting somewhere that would manage this?
Thanks
Nat
July 24, 2012 at 10:57 pm #47669adminKeymasterWhat do you mean by
"shortcode button in page tools"
? Is it the shortcode inserter in the WordPress post editor? If you mean the shortcode inserter then the only way it can get messed up is if you have a plugin that is not coded the way it should be in the WP Admin. Do the plugin test to identify the plugin:
