The short code pop up isn’t populating (no dropdown), Im getting just the pop up window empty. The icon is correct in the toolbar, window opens, no drop down, using with a theme forest theme
This normally happens when you have JavaScript errors in your admin dashboard coming from another theme or plugin. You can do this test to identify the source:

When I try and click the WP eStore short codes button I get a fatal error message rather than short codes. I am using the W3 Total Cache and followed the instructions to copy and past certain text in the proper areas and check off certain boxes and still I get the same message. If it helps to know I am using the Thesis theme and the Ultimate Tinymce. the error message is:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpcf7_add_tag_generator() in /nfs/c09/h03/mnt/134482/domains/topnotchman.com/html/blog/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules/text.php on line 152
This error is coming from another plugin. Its a bug in Contact Form 7 plugin that got introduced in v3.2 which is messing up the wp admin loading. The developer is working on it to fix it in the next version. You can see the developers reply here:
