Hi, we are using WP eStore 7.2.5 and WordPress 4.3.1
Ever since we upgraded WP the “Add to Cart” buttons don’t add any of the products to the cart.

What should we check to troubleshoot this?
Side Note: my old webmaster used their developer version of eStore.
I just purchased my own plugin and upgraded it. Where do I find my API key?
Thank You
October 1, 2015 at 10:40 pm #71460adminKeymasterThe documentation page has info on how you can upgrade the plugin:

I don’t see any shopping cart shortcode on that page. What shopping cart shortcode are you using?
Please make sure you watch the video tutorials from the documentation so you understand how an “add to cart” button needs a shopping cart shortcode to go with it.
October 2, 2015 at 11:31 am #71461ekhealingMemberHi, yes each product has 2 shortcodes on the bottom of each page…
[wp_eStore_add_to_cart id=2]

The cart was working fine up until the recent WordPress upgrade to 4.3.1
The cart shows up when logged into the Admin, but when logged out, the cart disappears.
Can you please check it for us?
Thank You
October 3, 2015 at 12:14 am #71462adminKeymasterThat seems like a caching issue to me. Are you using a caching plugin? Is your hosting provider using a caching solution on their end?
We support the following two caching plugins:
W3 Total Cache – https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/using-the-plugins-with-w3-total-cache-plugin
WP Super Cache – https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/using-the-plugins-together-with-wp-super-cache-plugin
October 3, 2015 at 1:00 pm #71463ekhealingMemberNo, we don’t use any caching plugins.
I’ve been searching the forum, and there are so many unresolved issues.
Do you offer actual tech support, where you login to our site and check it out?
I think a paid product should include this service.
October 3, 2015 at 2:59 pm #71464adminKeymasterEvery single post in our forum is always replied. We have 0 outstanding bugs. Share a link of a post where we haven’t fixed a bug.
Remember, we keep all our topics open so other users can add to it (or ask similar questions). That doesn’t mean that it is an issue in the plugin. When you read through them, you will see that the issues are pretty much always from a setup mistake to server configuration and similar issues like that. We always reply to the questions and help the user find the issue.
The forum topic status section of the following post has more explanation:

I have sent you an email.
October 5, 2015 at 1:18 pm #71465ekhealingMemberThank you for your email. I apologize for getting frustrated.
For anyone else here who has hosting with WPEngine, you’ll have to ask WPEngine to exclude the products page from caching.
