How to Navigate
You can see all the main forum categories (one for each product) and the latest posts from the Forum Home page.
Some of the forums may have sub-categories. When posting an issue try to go to the appropriate sub forum category (if one exists) then post it there.
You can also look at the breadcrumbs above the topic title to find out which section of the forum you are in. The breadcrumbs look similar to the following example:

How to Post an Issue
First, use the search option to search for an existing topic on the issue you are having. If the answers given for that topic does not fix the issue you are having then you can simply add to that topic by adding a reply to it (there is a reply section at the bottom of each topic thread). When searching the forum, it is a good idea to try it with a few different variations of keywords.
If the search did not return a result for any topic that match the issue you are facing then navigate to the appropriate forum for the product in question and add a new topic for your issue. When adding a topic use descriptive text (summary of the issue) as the title of the topic. Then explain the details of the issue in the body section.
This article will explain what details you should include when posting an issue so we can troubleshoot it efficiently:
Forum Topic Status
We keep all our forum topics open so anyone can add to it or ask questions on similar topic using the same thread. This doesn’t mean that the issue is not resolved. All valid questions receive reply from the developers. We keep our outstanding bug count at 0. So you can assume that there are no outstanding issues for our advertised features.
How to Get Email Notifications on Your Forum Reply
You can add a topic/post to your favorites by clicking on the
"Add this topic to your favorites"link (look below the title of the topic). You can set in your profile to receive an email when there is a response to your favorite post/topic (it is enabled by default).
If you click on the link below your signature/gravatar, it will take you to your profile.
