I tried doing 25% of $2.00 but most of the time, yes I had a set commission of $40.
I thought it might still show as it did show $40 commission when the sale was $.01 before the updates. I will try a $15 transaction with $5 commission.

Update: Everything is sorted out now.
I’ve updated – using the latest version of S2Member Framework and S2Member Pro.
I’m using the latest version of WP Affiliate – updated yesterday.
Using WordPress 3.5
Everything on the s2member side appears to be working fine. Since I performed the most recent update from WP Affiliate, there is notification break down between the two plugins somewhere. I followed the steps a few times, but no luck.

It says SUCCESS but in the 12345 affiliate panel it shows 0 sales only 1 click… Any ideas? (FYI) this happens with or without having data in the Tax Id field.
1 other variable – i’m using a coupon code to reduce each transaction for obvious reasons – that wouldn’t affect this, would it? Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
Update to WP Affiliate awarding 2 commissions per sale.
I noticed when I login as admin and look at affiliate “sales data” the transaction shows to slightly different “Unique Transaction ID’s” The sale time is 1 second different.
I followed the steps and WP Affiliate integrated nicely with S2Member Pro. I do have 1 problem i’m hoping you can help with. I just did a test and once the transaction goes thru, it shows 2 sales (1 second apart in time) on the affiliate side. Any ideas? Basically wants to pay my affiliates twice for every sale.
