Your system is reporting RMJI and rmji separately, as far as I am concerned they are the same affiliate but when people enter them into the affiliate id box on the checkout, or when they manually enter the affiliate URL then I cannot forrce them to use the right case … you should unify the case internally

If in wp_aff_send_sign_up_email I change wp_mail() to mail() it works fine …..

I think it should be wp_aff_platform_send_email() anyway, though that also fails … all other affiliate and store messages sent correctly … just not this one

For an auto-added affiliate the “Send Signup Email?” checkbox is unchecked …..

In fact, earnings are also reported separately on the affiliate homepage against rmji and RMJI … however, when I go to the payment page they are combined into just one payment … this is confusing as the summary page splits details

When I look at the Click-throughs report I see several clicks for affiliate rmji and several more for affiliate RMJI …. this implies that the checking is case sensitive which is awkward when you are asking people to type in the affiliate ID
