Ah, perfect – I had been using a shortcode that was an Add to Cart, instead of the subscription button shortcode. Changed it over, and the trial period setting worked just fine. Thank you!
tsmith426MemberHi Ivy,
I’m having a problem configuring a trial period for one of my products. I’ve done two things within Add/Edit Products in the control panel: in Trial Billing Amount, I’ve set the trial period to 0, and within Trial Billing Period, I’ve set the length of the trial period to one month. I then click “Save Product”, but when I go to my website and test a purchase, it shows the amount being billed as still the $5 monthly amount. Any help you could give on this would be greatly appreciated!

tsmith426MemberMy apologies for the delay in responding; I was unaware that this question had been replied to.
The page where you can try the Add to Cart button (and experience the error I’ve described) is:
http://www.simplemealplan.com/simple-meal-plan-store/
Thanks!
