How much for the custom job?
And thanks for your help.
October 18, 2014 at 5:10 pm in reply to: eStore – Using Categories to Display Products with Different Button Types #45318Troy MediaSpectatorI was thinking of using categories in conjunction with membership levels so that a specific button will appear depending on the membership level.
For example:
Membership level = Unlimited access
Category = Unlimited Access
Button = Download now
Membership level = Pay as you go
Category = Pay as you go
Button = Buy now
Membership level = Invoice me
Category = Invoice me
Button = Open
October 18, 2014 at 5:01 pm in reply to: Assigning 2 affiliates to 1 product (sharing revenue) #66177Troy MediaSpectatorI’ll have a look at your suggestion. Can you tell me, however, if we pay a 30% commission to the columnist and 12% to the editor, would that reduce the columnist’s commission to 18%? Is there a way to ensure the columnist always gets the 30% and the editor 12%?
July 23, 2014 at 12:19 pm in reply to: Different button for one product based on membership privileges #64459Troy MediaSpectatorThis would work but is there a way not to use a fancy shortcode? I would rather use simple download or add to cart buttons.
July 18, 2014 at 5:29 pm in reply to: Different button for one product based on membership privileges #64457Troy MediaSpectatorFrom the instructions I get the impression that you have to create a new button for each product you create. I would like to create a button for each membership level that could be used for any new product.

Troy MediaSpectatorIs there a more robust search function than [WPS_photo_search]? I would like to be able to search by more than one criteria.
June 5, 2014 at 2:33 pm in reply to: How to Customize or Change the Buy Button Images for eStore #38376Troy MediaSpectatorCan you use a different button depending on the Membership level?
For example, we have two levels of membership:
Pay as you go: I would like the button to read Download (as it currently does) so that a link is sent when payment made.
Unlimited Access: These people have paid a monthly membership fee so I would like to have the button read Open when they sign in.
Currently I am creating two products, one for each membership level but would like to know if it is possible to only create one product with the button changing depending on the membership criteria.
Troy MediaSpectatorThank you. Works like a charm.

This seems to now work. Thank you for your help.

If I followed your directions right, this is what it should look like, right? But it doesn’t work. The buttons don’t show up for not logged in users or users from other levels, and both buttons are showing up for specified membership levels.

Display a “Buy Now” button to visitors.
[/emember_protected]
[emember_protected scope=verified_users_only do_not_show_restricted_msg=1]
Display a “Download Now” button to logged in members.
[/emember_protected]
How do I change the above code to add the membership criteria so that only one level will see the Download button. We are selling our content to an Unlimited Access to all of our content level but wish site visitors or other levels to have to Add to Cart button.

April 4, 2014 at 8:58 pm in reply to: Buy Now or Download Now button depending on whether a member or a visitor #62119Troy MediaSpectatorThat works very well. Now can I add another criteria: membership levels?
Troy MediaSpectatorWould there be a way to download (export) all of their purchases into a spreadsheet or word doc?
