I contacted my host and they assure me that the files are where they should be, the change of server location would not affect the url path and that there are no recent changes to my memory limits.

When the downloadable box is unchecked the files open successfully in a browser window. However if I try and save that pdf to my computer – i get the same empty 0 byte download.I also tried the url method from an online storage I use.

Went through the checklist.

No use.

Still receiving ) byte download issue.

The product has worked without issue for 2 years.

latest debug appears to show no problem with delivery – however its an empty file my customers are receiving.

This seems to have resolved itself. Perhaps a delay in updating the database. Also when I made test purchases, I had changed price to 0.99 and immediately after purchase, changed back again [ as the site is live]. Its possible that this skewered the database update.

estore upgrade instructions are confusing me.

It suggests for live sites [ like mine ] in ‘important note 1 ‘ that I install it in a test wordpress site.

This instruction makes no sense whatsoever.sorry.

Perhaps it is not necessary? I’m averaging about 3 sales a day
