yes.
April 25, 2012 at 11:30 pm #34864adminKeymaster@excedeservices, I sent you an email to get site access so I can check this out.
May 10, 2012 at 10:41 am #34865stevieSpectatorThis seems to have resolved itself. Perhaps a delay in updating the database. Also when I made test purchases, I had changed price to 0.99 and immediately after purchase, changed back again [ as the site is live]. Its possible that this skewered the database update.
Everything is sorted. Thank you for all the assists!

May 15, 2012 at 11:55 pm #34867pmcmahonMemberHi.
I am also getting clicks recorded in wp affiliate, but not the sales.
The landing pages form the affiliate banners are:
I use away as a payment gateway.
I have installed the e-way payment gateway plugin.
I am not sure what you mean by integration.
Thanks, Peter
May 16, 2012 at 6:11 am #34868adminKeymasterAll of our pre-made integration are listed and numbered in our documentation’s “Integration Options” section. Go to the following link and check the “Integration Options” heading:
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-affiliate/
Tell use which option you are using.
FYI – We have the following message (in yellow) on our sales page to make sure you know this information beforehand:
Please make sure you visit the demo and the documentation site so you understand the capability of this plugin. Do not assume that this plugin will magically work with a 3rd party plugin/solution that is not listed in the “Integration” section of the documentation site.
May 16, 2012 at 9:38 am #34869pmcmahonMemberThanks. I should have looked at it more closely.
May 29, 2012 at 4:54 pm #34870cinnabrstMemberI apologize if this has been addressed somewhere. I’ve searched and I can’t find anything, and I’m new to this end of affiliate sales so this is perhaps something very simple that I just don’t know about…
1. Landing page: [http://starthomeschoolingnow.com/]
Purchase page: [http://starthomeschoolingnow.com/so-you-think-you-wanna-buy-it/]
2. Using WP eStore plugin for on-site sales, although ebook is available on Amazon & B&N.
I only opened this up to a handful of affiliates and I got an email from one this morning mentioning a sale that someone told her they made through her link is not showing up as a sale in her affiliate page.
I confirmed this, and saw that the plugin is tracking her click-throughs. I’m guessing that the mix-up is coming when someone leaves the site to purchase on Amazon.
Is there a setting I’m missing/messing up? Should I be using something to integrate the two? I guess I’m just not sure how that works.
Thanks!
May 29, 2012 at 11:59 pm #34871adminKeymasterJust to make something clear… It won’t track any sales that happens on Amazon.com (amazon has their own affiliate tracking system). A WordPress plugin can only do *stuff* within the WordPress environment that it is installed in. It has no way of knowing what someone does on amazon.com.
With that said, is this a sale of the product from your own site via eStore or is this a sale for a product on amazon.com?
May 30, 2012 at 1:17 am #34872cinnabrstMemberThanks for the response!
That’s what I thought. I have three ways to purchase my ebook: directly from my site using eStore, on Amazon, and on Barnes & Noble. I believe what happened is the person clicked the affiliate’s link to get to my site, then left my site via my link to head to Amazon to purchase the book there.
This may be a stupid question, but is it a common practice to award commissions for a scenario like that. Of course, I’m not sure that there is any way to track it, but I’m just trying to figure out if I need to find a way for them to also get commissions for off-site sales, or if they’re just SOL unless someone actually purchases from my site, where the plugin is installed.
May 30, 2012 at 3:31 am #34873adminKeymasterIts not a common practice for you to give commission for sales made on Amazon.com. Amazon has their own affiliate program to handle the affiliate sales (this is why when you sell via amazon you don’t get to keep the full amount to yourself).
July 12, 2013 at 7:56 am #34874egonmMemberHello, sorry my English is not so good but I try it. I install the latest version of affililat platform and the plugin wpshopgermany. Click-Tracking is o.k. but sales not tracked.
I enable debug but there is no file.
This ist the Url and landingpage: [http://www.blogspin.eu/wordpress-blog-komplettpaket/]
This code is placed after saleing:
<img src=”https://www.blogspin.eu/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/api/post.php?secret=XXX&BestellID: <?php echo $this->view; ?>&Brutto Bestellsumme / Rechnungsbetrag: <?php echo $this->view; ?>&Name des Kunden: <?php echo $this->view; ?>” width=1 height=1/>
The shop cart is ssl. The parameters are from the developmenter of wpshopgermany
XXX ist the secret word.
Can you help me?
July 12, 2013 at 11:20 pm #34875adminKeymasterHi, We don’t have an integration for the shopping cart you are using so I am guessing you are doing a custom integration. Can you post a link to the documentation for that shopping cart where it explains how to integrate with a 3rd party affiliate software? I want to check their documentation to make sure you are doing it correctly.

August 11, 2013 at 10:11 pm #34877nolmt60243MemberAh Ha!!! It was the pricing. All is well. Ensure that your test allows for enough room to have a payout.
