    The problem was a plugin as you said. “wp-download manager” was deactivated and this fixed it. What plugin should I use to make “password protected” downloads available right from the site? Also, how is the “digital product” made available on resulting thank you page after payment received?

    Should I delete the two products and re-create them? Could re-establishing the file associations (Product number and file location) help?

    Yes, currently the “dynamic-content-gallery-plugin” is deactivated. I am not sure the error has stopped. That may be a seperate issue? This code appears on purchase page,

    [wp_eStore_fancy1 id=1]

    [wp_eStore_fancy1 id=2]

    [wp_eStore_cart]

    When either “add to cart” button is pressed screen appears to refresh. It is actually taking you to this “URL” – http://www.pirateshipplayhouseplans.com/#wp_cart_anchor, other than that nothing changes. the cart is still empty.

    I do still have a problem with my wp eStore and would greatly appreciate any suggestions. It has worked perfectly for several months and now has stopped. It may be a problem of conflicting plugins. Since I have added none it must be an update problem. Don’t know how to approach correcting issue.

    I tried a different theme nad it did not act any different. I am using twenty-eleven, pretty common. Once “add to cart” is clicked viewer is directed to here http://www.pirateshipplayhouseplans.com/#wp_cart_anchor . Not sure that is correct or not. Anymore ideas?

    This is the code in question [wp_eStore_cart_when_not_empty]. No i have not modified wp eStore.

    I am having the same problem. http://www.pirateshipplayhouseplans.com. The homepage is the only place I display the add to cart buttons. I have code to display cart when not empty just below. When clicked on it just refreshes the page. It has been working fine until now. enable sand box is unchecked. I have erased and added the buttons twice now and it still is not working. Any suggestions?

    Post payment process is checked. Yes code is on thank you page. Plugin Version v6.2.4. I have looked at Debug files and do not know what they mean.

    Yes I did configure PDT and the token. I reconfigured and now the redirect is working correctly as far as the customer being redirected back to my thank you page automatically. My problemm now is the encrypted download link is not showing up for instant download. The link is showing up on the thank you email though. I have retraced set up over and over and do not know what to do next. Given the encrypted link is being emailed can I elliminate I did deactivate wp super cache earlier. Not sure that would effect anything though. Any thoughts on a direction?
