Hi guys, I just wanted to stop by and thank you. After the refresh you did, so far no complaints from any customers (20+ sales a day). Thank you so much for your timely help! WP eStore rocks!

August 15, 2016 at 11:14 pm in reply to: Errror: download link couldn’t be found in the wp_eStore #73907sonalpandeyMemberThanks, but I’m not using the URL shortener. The links are of the format http://******.com/?enc_dl_action=process&file=t86FuufN2CYVwlgtMw%3D%3D
This has become a crisis now since all the customers who fail to receive the original download link email are running into this error while trying to generate their own link. I’ll appreciate any and all the help you can provide.
August 15, 2016 at 3:49 pm in reply to: Errror: download link couldn’t be found in the wp_eStore #73905sonalpandeyMemberYes, I’ve tried using the link sender functionality on my own as well. I had actually purchased 4 of my own products. Entering my Paypal email address sends me those links. Every one of those links results in the same error. It is not particular to any product. All 4 products result in the same error. The same products have correctly generated and accessible URLs when the original delivery email goes out from WP eStore. I’m not aware of the URL shortener feature, sorry.

I’m noticing that this error is happening when links are generated from a page that has the shortcode [wp_eStore_download_link_sender] in it. We use that page for customers to generate fresh download links for themselves in case they miss the access link email. So far I think I’ve only received this error from customers who used this shortcode to generate links.
I’m also using W3 Total Cache plugin if that helps.
Thank you for your awesome support!
sonalpandeyMemberThank you, I received a reply today and promptly went ahead with the payment etc. The add-on works like a charm!
Not sure how updates will be made available, but for now everything works.
Whoever is reading this in the future, if you are tearing your hair out trying to do the AC integration with WP eStore, just get the add-on. I was up and running within 5 minutes. Tested with a real purchase of multiple products as well.
I’ve combined this add-on with the WP eStore generic auto responder settings so that customers who need to get added to specific lists go there but ALL customers irrespective of product also get added to a global customers list on AC. This way I don’t have to go and add a list ID to each and every one of my 100+ products, but only the ones I want going in special lists.
sonalpandeyMemberGuys, would it be possible to receive a reply to the email I sent you for buying the ActiveCampaign add on? It shouldn’t be this hard. I love your WP eStore plugin and I’m happily willing to pay for your new add on. My business is suffering because of no integration.
sonalpandeyMemberThanks wzp, got it. It doesn’t help that all the links on your website as the same exact color as the rest of the text and without any underlines. Anyway, I’m just glad that an add on exists.
sonalpandeyMemberHi guys, thanks for your replies. How do I purchase the add on? The page says to contact you about a purchase.
Despite my software background, integrating using ActiveCampaign’s “subscribe by email then filter with fields” has been a nightmare. I’m of course assuming the plugin works perfectly and the updates will be automatic?
sonalpandeyMemberThe hosting company has confirmed that the UID has the needed permissions for /tmp directory. Also, the error shows only for this plugin, not any other.
sonalpandeyMemberFound this code here:
Modified it for Paypal checkout button.
Thanks!
Sonal
sonalpandeyMemberThanks, that add on worked perfectly!
sonalpandeyMemberPraise came too soon.. Hello sir? Boss?
sonalpandeyMemberHi, thanks for your reply. I need to use item_number to identify which product was purchased. This is needed for Google Analytics goals. Each of my products is priced differently, so calculating total revenue requires me to assign a monetary value to each goal in Google Analytics.
I just want to take a moment to tell you that you kick butt! I’ve been a user of your free shopping cart plugin for years and I recently purchased the eStore and couldn’t be happier! I should have done this switch 4 years ago.
sonalpandeyMemberHi guys, item_number is coming up blank in my case too. This is the URL that’s returned after Paypal payment: [http://mywebsitexyz.com/purchase-thanks/?tx=314672043K635625J&st=Completed&amt=6.95&cc=USD&cm=ip=125.239.74.249&item_number=]
I’m using WordPress 4.3.1 and eStore 7.2.5.
This is my checkout page in case it helps: [http://bit.ly/1FJ6wDe]
Thank you!
