Hi guys,
ActiveCampaign allows a customer email to be added to a list through a list email address such as [subscribe-f771976aef71xxxxxx911a2dfdb3132@subscription-serv.com]
But the email address is the SAME for all lists. So one needs to use filters to let ActiveCampaign know which exact list to add an email address to. They are “subject contains” or “body contains” type filters.
I sell multiple products through WP EStore and I need to add the customer emails to different lists in ActiveCampaign.
Could you tell me what email subject and body is sent to generic autoresponders (ActiveCampaign in this case)? So that I can use strings from there to create ActiveCampaign filters?
For example, is the product name or product ID sent in email subject or body?
Thank you,
Sonal
May 19, 2016 at 11:13 pm #73268wzpModeratorProduct names and ID are sent in the email body, as the result of having the email tags expanded. But because a customer can purchase more than 1 item; how would you filter emails containing multiple product names and ID?

May 20, 2016 at 5:41 pm #73270sonalpandeyMemberHi guys, thanks for your replies. How do I purchase the add on? The page says to contact you about a purchase.
Despite my software background, integrating using ActiveCampaign’s “subscribe by email then filter with fields” has been a nightmare. I’m of course assuming the plugin works perfectly and the updates will be automatic?

May 20, 2016 at 6:49 pm #73272sonalpandeyMemberThanks wzp, got it. It doesn’t help that all the links on your website as the same exact color as the rest of the text and without any underlines. Anyway, I’m just glad that an add on exists.
May 23, 2016 at 2:46 pm #73273sonalpandeyMemberGuys, would it be possible to receive a reply to the email I sent you for buying the ActiveCampaign add on? It shouldn’t be this hard. I love your WP eStore plugin and I’m happily willing to pay for your new add on. My business is suffering because of no integration.
May 24, 2016 at 7:07 am #73274adminKeymasterI didn’t get any submission for your email address [sonalpanmail@gmail.com]
Did you use a different address? I have sent you an email to the above address so you can reply to it.
May 24, 2016 at 2:57 pm #73275sonalpandeyMemberThank you, I received a reply today and promptly went ahead with the payment etc. The add-on works like a charm!
Not sure how updates will be made available, but for now everything works.
Whoever is reading this in the future, if you are tearing your hair out trying to do the AC integration with WP eStore, just get the add-on. I was up and running within 5 minutes. Tested with a real purchase of multiple products as well.
I’ve combined this add-on with the WP eStore generic auto responder settings so that customers who need to get added to specific lists go there but ALL customers irrespective of product also get added to a global customers list on AC. This way I don’t have to go and add a list ID to each and every one of my 100+ products, but only the ones I want going in special lists.
