You were absolutely right. I went over that page so many times and still missed it. It was missing 1104aw/ at the end of the url for the registration page. Thank you so much for the quick reply and I’ll know better what to look for if I have a glitch again. Everything is working properly now.

Thank you both for your response. I went into Settings but found only General Settings>General Shopping Cart Settings. I must be looking in the wrong place but have been through everything and can’t find anything for specific settings. At the top of the page it says WP eStore Settings v 5.2.0. Am I working with the right version?
