Still didn’t get it, it’s not showing in my junk folder either.
I just changed the email address in my profile. Try sending it there instead.
I didn’t receive an email.
I am having the exact same problem with new affiliates not being created. Everything looks fine until the affiliate tries to log in. “Invalid Login. Please try again with correct user name and password.”
I check in the admin panel and no affiliates have been created.
I deactivated/reactivated the plugin and do not get the fatal error the OP reported.
