Having the same issue. Presently filling out the access form.

New Affiliates are not showing in the Affiliates section. I know of at least 2 new affiliates that are not present.

New Affiliates are sent a login, but the credentials do not work, they can’t login.

    Here is the email:

You can Log into the system at the following URL:

Please log into your account to get banners and view your real-time statistics.

    Thank You

    The login is refused:

I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin.

I see that you have customized the affiliate area. It is possible for functionality to break due to the customization.

Deactivate and delete the currently installed copy of the affiliate plugin. Remember to delete this customized folder (http://sitesubscribe.com/affiliates/) too. Now, get a fresh build of the plugin from here:

    https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request

First, test out the signup without making any modification/customization to the plugin and let me know how that goes.

Hi. It seems that deleting the Affiliates folder and then pointing to the plugin folder with the index redirect did the trick.

Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.
