I’d like to report an issue with WP eStore plugin. It’s not a big deal but perhaps you have a solution?
When users push the Checkout with PayPal button, the small window is opening in a left aligned position, it was coming in a centered (vertically, horizontally) position before WordPress 3.5 update. You check it out form my web site: [http://ow.ly/g9maN]
serhatugurMemberI think I need to wait the next customer who will experience this subscription process.
serhatugurMemberPeter; I’m very sure all adresses was correctly entered.
Admin; here’s what my customer saw after clicking “Pay Now” button. No redirection to my website, just this screen comes up.

It’s in German and it reads:
“If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.
If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don’t use your browser’s Back button) and restart your activity.
If you came from PayPal’s website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again.”
serhatugurMemberI’m also sure that, during the test, I specified my sandbox account’s email address as the merchant email address.

January 3, 2012 at 2:20 pm in reply to: What to do if the Debug file is empty or New Debug info is not getting added #18282serhatugurMemberIt just seems to work fine for me now. I don’t know what I did, indeed. Test mode doesn’t help me properly. Anyway, there’s one thing I want to clear: I’m getting notification emails like this:
from: WordPress wordpress@downloads.nbastuffer.com
sender-time: Sent at 3:52 PM
to: xxxxx
date: xxxxx
subject: Notification of product sale
How can we change the “WordPress”@mysite.com to “info”@mysite.com? Do the customers also receive emails from wordpress at nbastuffer.com? If so, we have to fix it.
Thanks for the help.
NOTE: In the settings, I’ve checked “WordPress mail function” row and changed the “From Email Address*”
January 3, 2012 at 2:09 pm in reply to: Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. #26489serhatugurMemberOn my settings page, just below the “Download Validation Script Location” section, I got a message that reads:
Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(../../../wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/download.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/vhosts/downloads.nbastuffer.com:/sh_sys/php-5.2.17/lib/php/) in /vhosts/downloads.nbastuffer.com/http/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/eStore_general_settings_menu.php on line 636
How can I get rid of this message?

December 29, 2011 at 2:51 pm in reply to: What to do if the Debug file is empty or New Debug info is not getting added #18280serhatugurMemberSame problems as discussed here occurred.
In sandbox transaction; no emails (to buyer, to seller) and no links at thank you page and no records at customer management section of estore.
In live transaction; no emails (both seller and buyer) but links were there at thank you page and no records at customer management section of estore.
I’ve tried all steps in your checklist read the whole manual and I’m sure the settings are right. In my IPN log it reads:
FAILURE :IPN product validation failed.
Please advise.
