No, these customers were not added to eStore, just eMember.
sarahblakeMemberOK, thank you
sarahblakeMemberOpps sorry. Yes, that was my original question. I should have been more clear.
I would have a separate install of the gateway plugin
sarahblakeMemberYes, it would be a separate install of wordpress but on the same domain so I can use the different ccbill sub-account.
sarahblakeMemberCan I email you the post with a shopping cart button? My website is not family friendly and I don’t want to offend anyone with posting the link in your support forum.
I had emailed Ivy and she mentioned that the paypal buttons were built in and there was not a way to remove this as a option at this time. I would have to pay a developer to make the changes so that I can use the cart with ccbill as well as the fancy displays.
The “buy it now” button is the only way I can currently use ccbill without paypal showing up:
Original CCbill shortcode for buy it now button
[wp_eStore_buy_now_for_specific_gateway id=”1″ gateway=”ccbill” button_text=”Buy It Now”]
Buy it button with product ID assigned(id=2) at the end. Takes customer directly to ccbill payment page for that product(id=2).
[wp_eStore_buy_now_for_specific_gateway id=”1″ gateway=”ccbill” button_text=”Buy It Now” id=2]
sarahblakeMemberThank you, I was able to get the CCBill billing option to work but only with the “Buy it now” button. With the multiple payment option enabled, it automatically adds paypal which I cannot use for my website. I’m speaking with a developer now to see if he can remove the paypal option completely and replace it with CCbill as the cart option.
sarahblakeMemberI am having this exact same issue. My site isn’t updating with the CCbill checkout option and is forcing paypal and its checkout links. Was there a fix for this problem? Thanks!
