Hi
We have bought the payment gateway plug-in for a couple of our sites.
I have installed the product on both sites and configured with the appropriate details from our ccbill account
On logging into the dashboard there is a warning that there is no payment gateway selected and on a test checkout it still tries to use the PayPal checkout even though this is deselected.
To help I am happy to give you log in details if you contact me direct.
Thank you very much.
Kind regards
Richard
October 27, 2012 at 5:03 am #50723adminKeymasterPlease read the following documentation which will explain how to enable the gateways you want to allow on your site:
After that, make sure the following checkbox is unchecked from your eStore settings (this is unchecked by default but you may have changed it):
Enable Fancy Redirection On Checkout
Let me know how it goes after that.

Yes we have followed this carefully.
It still says on log-in that no payment gateway is selected and does not seem to recognize CCBill at all.
Thank you

Just a follow up which may help.
If you tick any other payment gateway the bundle seems happy and the no payment gateway selected error goes away. It is only prevalent with CCBill
Thank you
October 30, 2012 at 3:59 am #50726wpCommerceModeratorHi, Please do the following:
1. Uncheck all payment gateway options so you get the “no payment gateway selected” message
2. Go to Payment Gateway Bundle->Gateway Settings->CCBILL Settings section.
3. Enable CCBILL payment gateway
4. Click on the “Update” button.
The message should still appear at the top of the page.
5. now switch to the “General Settings” tab.
Do you still see the message?
October 30, 2012 at 4:06 am #50727adminKeymasterOkay I sent you an email to get access to the site so I can check the settings.

March 6, 2013 at 12:22 am #50730wpCommerceModeratorHi, please install a fresh copy of payment gateway bundle addon:
Once you have updated the addon go to
Payment Gateway Bundle->Gateway Settings->CCBILL Settings
and specify a label in theCCBILL Selector Label
field (example: ccbill). Now the ccbill option should appear in the checkout option. If you want to allow multiple checkout options for your users you also need check the following option in the eStore settings:
Use Multiple Payment Gateways
It’s under
WP eStore->Settings->Payment Gateway Settings->General Payment Gateway Settings
.March 20, 2013 at 12:27 am #50731sarahblakeMemberThank you, I was able to get the CCBill billing option to work but only with the “Buy it now” button. With the multiple payment option enabled, it automatically adds paypal which I cannot use for my website. I’m speaking with a developer now to see if he can remove the paypal option completely and replace it with CCbill as the cart option.
March 20, 2013 at 4:44 am #50732wpCommerceModeratorHi, please provide a link to the page where you have the add to cart button.
March 20, 2013 at 5:02 am #50733sarahblakeMemberCan I email you the post with a shopping cart button? My website is not family friendly and I don’t want to offend anyone with posting the link in your support forum.
I had emailed Ivy and she mentioned that the paypal buttons were built in and there was not a way to remove this as a option at this time. I would have to pay a developer to make the changes so that I can use the cart with ccbill as well as the fancy displays.
The “buy it now” button is the only way I can currently use ccbill without paypal showing up:
Original CCbill shortcode for buy it now button
[wp_eStore_buy_now_for_specific_gateway id=”1″ gateway=”ccbill” button_text=”Buy It Now”]
Buy it button with product ID assigned(id=2) at the end. Takes customer directly to ccbill payment page for that product(id=2).
[wp_eStore_buy_now_for_specific_gateway id=”1″ gateway=”ccbill” button_text=”Buy It Now” id=2]
March 20, 2013 at 10:12 pm #50734wpCommerceModeratorHi, I need to check the settings on your site. I have sent an email to your registered email address. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
April 10, 2013 at 10:41 pm #50735dkeatorMemberI have followed your post on updating: deactivated plugin, used FTP to overwrite existing plugin files… Yet there is NO CCBILL, is there a secret to get that option activated?
April 10, 2013 at 10:43 pm #50736dkeatorMemberI am a noob at WP and the like, so simple step by steps on selecting the CCBILL is greatly appreciated…
