I finally heard back from Payeezy.
The said to look for Transaction_Error which will either be True or False

Yes, we’re using the Authorize.net emulator.

It was only by chance that we logged into the gateway and found it . I then looked through the debug log and found the error. Normally if there’s an error we’ll get an email notification with an error code but in this case where someone makes it to the gateway and is declined, we aren’t notified.
