Hi,
I have done everything as you said but still members who register at my site whether free or paid is not being added to my aweber list. I have done the email parser and followed everything as you have said but still it’s not adding members to aweber.
Please help as this is a very paramount step for us.
Thanks
Jeffrey

October 31, 2011 at 9:28 pm #37163JeffreyBensonSpectatorHi,
I am experiencing a few problems on my website.
1. On my website, I am using the WP estore and WP affiliate. I have setup the site so that when affiliates signup, they are automatically added to my aweber list. It appears that this is happening sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. I don’t know why this is. Maybe someone can help me. I have set everything up the way you instructed.
2. I setup affiliates@nbmuk.com as the send from email but whenever I receive email notification after affiliate signup, the email is coming from wordpress@nbmuk.com. Why is this so and how can I change it? Also where can I locate the email that’s being sent to me?
3. I also noticed that estore is not registering buyers in the estore customers list. At present, I am selling a yearly recurring product for which the trial is $5 for 7 days. I expected that when people take up the trial, they should be registered as buyers but this is not happening. Do you know why? Do buyers have to get to any confirmation page for the system to register them as buyers?
4. After every purchase, even though the payment has gone through I normally receive email from estore that ‘payment verification failed’. What’s is happening and how can I resolve it?
5. I know that this list of questions is much but please help because it’s very frustrating to see that simple things are taking almost a whole dya to fix.
Thanks
Jeffrey
October 31, 2011 at 10:05 pm #37164PeterMember3 and 4 are most likely related. Your customers will not get added as eStore customers if there is a payment verification failure.
When things like this happen to me I always step back and turn on debug and perform some test calls. More often than not I find that there’s some setting I may have missed somewhere.
The following link might help with your troubleshooting:
Run a test transaction with debug option enabled and share the debug info here. This post will explain more on the debug option:

November 1, 2011 at 6:16 am #37165adminKeymasterDo you have a plugin similar to this one?
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-plugin-change-wp-email-from-details-1883
Plugins like that has the capability to change the “From Email Address” of all outgoing emails which could contribute to the notification email being different than what you entered. This will also make the AWeber parser to not work because it expects certain values in the email header so it can filter the signup requests.
November 1, 2011 at 2:44 pm #37166JeffreyBensonSpectatorThanks for the assistance. When I initially ran the debug I got problem with two failures (1) IPN issues which I have now fixed and (2) wrong price and also fixed.
I did a debug again and everything became success. However, the stats is still not working and I did not receive email of product notification as a buyer. Strangely, I used to receive all these. But now they all stopped working.
Anyway, I have installed the email from plugin plugin and email working well but stats is still not working. Please help. It’s not recording sales and other statistics.
Thanks
Jeffrey
November 1, 2011 at 6:30 pm #37167JeffreyBensonSpectatorJust noticed that purchase information email is not being sent to the buyer and seller by email. Not sure what’s happening. What is happening is that emails are not being sent by the plugins and stats is not working.
I am only receiving emails from paypal and not from the plugin. I have enabled to send email by wordpress. I have done everything I think possible to do. The debug shows success all through. I can send the frile to you if you want to see it.
Please help.
Thanks
November 1, 2011 at 9:51 pm #37168PeterMemberIf the eStore plugin is still not registering the purchase it means that a successful purchase as far as eStore is concerned has likely not been completed, ie, something in the chain of messages which are sent when you make a purchase has failed.
So have you tried making some test calls using paypal sandbox and debug enabled following the instructions as shown in the links posted in this thread yesterday?
How to Test the WordPress eStore to Make Sure Everything is Working Properly
In addition if you’re still having no luck it’s also a good idea to leave debug enabled and post a link to your site so that the support people can take a closer look.
November 1, 2011 at 10:02 pm #37169adminKeymasterPost the content of the “ipn_handle_debug.log” file so I can take a look and see how the transaction went.
