Hello, I have similar problem.

[09/18/2015 8:20 AM] – FAILURE :IPN validation failed.

[09/18/2015 8:20 AM] – SUCCESS :Paypal class finished.

IPN is activated in the paypal merch account setting.We have the payments and the paypal email .Only thing that is missing is the email to the user with the unique link to registration.
