It looks like you have the “Enable Sandbox Testing” feature enabled in the emember setting which tells it to run the plugin in sandbox mode but then you are using live PayPal button for the payment.

If you want to use live PayPal button then you can’t enable the sandbox mode. The sandbox mode is ONLY for sandbox PayPal transaction.
