It only appears when I click on the wplightbox shorcode button on pages or posts. I don’t want to disable that as it’s used on my site.

Disconnect for me is you have a box saying put the license number in here. I went to their site which doesn’t say that one is old and one is new, just gives you two choices, nothing about old or new. I couldn’t see the difference so I bought the flash one. Now I’m left trying to get them to refund or give credits and posting on multiple forums trying to sort the mess out.

So what are you telling me? I bought the wrong license? You don’t point out that I have to buy a HMTL5 license anywhere which isn’t great. Why don’t you put that in the license box to save this mistake?
It isn’t an old key, I bought it yesterday.

Flowplayer say the code needs to call the license. I checked my old site [www.in60days.net] with an old version of Lightbox Ultimate and it references the license in the file ‘wp-lightbox-ultimate/wp_lightbox_flowplayer_includes.php’ but in my new site with the latest version it doesn’t, even though I’ve put it into the settings.

it’s a bit confusing to me as I don’t know if I’m supposed to download something into WP or the Lightbox Ultimate plugin. I did put the license number in the settings though.
I bought Flowplayer Flash v3.2 and entered the domain name howtonetwork.com but I don’t know if I was supposed to put www in front of that. They are trying to charge me to log a ticket.
I’ve got an old version of Lightbox Ultimate on another site and on that there is nowhere to put a license key in for Flowplayer so I presume it just checks their server to see that I have a commercial license for it.

I didn’t know pop up domination even included flowplayer. I disabled that and it appears to have fixed the issue.

Hi,
no changes.All my training videos in the same bucket. I haven’t set any timeout values so far. I only disabled a plugin called WP Super Cache. I had to enable it at the insistance of my ISP but Digital Access Pass said it may cause members to be reset to day 1 of the dripped contnet.
However, members still have issues with the videos as of 7 hours ago so I will add the timeout value but none of them have it yet and most play fine.

I checked the amazon page and I can’t see any violations. It works well for most users but several are having issues.

any page where there is a video which is pretty much every page from 1 to 40..works for most users but many are getting the error

Yes, protected page by digital access page but it is working fine for most members but others get the streaming error. XP,Vista, Windows 7 and various browsers but some just can’t get it working.
they url and keys must be correct or it wouldn’t play for anyone.

I see what is hapening now..I put in the s3 from image shorcode but it seems to default to 640×480 even though my master settings for video are 700×400. I suppose I can keep manually changing it.
