Thank you very much for answering. I didn’t reply early because I was looking for help in order to update the PHP version on my server, and once I did that everything is working perfectly now. The squeeze form is doing its job!. Thank you again. I hope my case could be helpful to others.

May 11, 2019 at 11:46 am in reply to: eStore – can't download the file after receiving the link #79529omarespMemberYes, but, for example if I configure the link in the email to be accesible only for 24 hours for example and the user didn’t download the file before that deadline the best thig he/she can do is to ask for it again through the squeeze form right? but this is the case where the plugin keep the error as the user was already registered for that document (and stamped)… I thing this should have any solution.
In the other hand, of course you can take a look at the squeeze form I created. Do you need only the url? Is: eba-consulting.es/v3/ I created a user for you. User: test Pass: 12345 And you can see the squeeze form in the menu at the top “Tienda”. For security reasons I will maintain the user active 24 hrs.

The problem is that when I make the payment I receive the Email with the download link and everything is OK. But if I buy the same item again (using the same usar data) I receive the second email and when I try to open the link it shows the error I just wrote in the last comment.
The same thing happens when I use the squeeze form. The first time everything is OK, but if I try to fill in the form and receive the email again, the link fails showing the same error.
I think the problem is that when the user is already registered on the database and the same name and email is given by buying or using the squeeze form it overwrites the info and for some reason there is a conflict… or something like that. Because when I buy the same item with different users there’s no problem at all.
