Hi,
I also started having this problem with my products. The encrypted download link doesn’t work.
The following message is being displayed:
“The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request. Please contact the site administrator.
Please tell the site administrator the problem was due to the following reason:
The download link (see browser address bar) couldn’t be found in the wp_eStore database.”
After doing some testing I was able to confirm that this happens only for products with names written in Cyrillic lettering (Bulgarian). Once I change the name to Latin letters (English) it works fine.
My PayPal language encoding is set to UTF-8. My plugin version is 7.1.8.
On another website I am running eStore 7.1.6 and I don’t have this problem.

Hello,
I am running into some other issues with the Order Management AddOn.
1. Once I have a confirmation for offline payments (by name as no e-mail addresses are used in this context) I need to change the status to Manual Co Paid. However, I cannot do it in bulk as people not always use their name in the e-mail address. Again, I have to open each order to double check the name and mark the order as paid.
So, it will be really helpful to have the name fields in the Order Display Table as well. Can we do something about this?
2. When I change the status to Manual Co Paid using the bulk change feature, the transactions for these customers in the Manage Customers section still show as Unpaid. Shouldn’t they show as Paid?
I hope you can address those issues as well. The first one is obviously the priority.

Yup and that’s great.
But I need to bulk match name to e-mail address in an offline environment and need a print-out of this information for multiple orders. The only way to get this now is to go into every single order and copy-paste the fields into an Excel spreadsheet… which seems like a not very sophisticated way to manage data, no?
I would appreciate it if you can advise on a possible solution for this, maybe some workaround?
That’s in a way the purpose of manual check out I think. I am receiving orders for a physical product, then I need to prepare shipping labels somehow and the information is not easy to manage in bulk in the order management module currently.
