My edit profile page keeps saying to log in (already logged in).
I cleared all caches and switched to w3-total-cache plugin and configured it as specified.
The shortcode still does not display.
Instead still getting message to log in when already logged in.

June 13, 2016 at 5:27 pm in reply to: Create menu item that only shows certain content based on membership level? #48503mytricksandtipsMemberHello,
I am attempting to have logged in members see a different menu than non-logged in visitors. I am using OptimizePress, which also allows for creation of membership. However I am using eMember for my membership levels, and not OptimizePress.
I am unable to get the ‘logged in’ menu to show. I see two problems:
1) Although I checked in emember settings as related to WP to show people logged in to WP when they log in to eMember, I cannot get the logged in menu to show. I believe the problem is the theme is looking for the OptimizePress Membership, which I am no using.
2) OptimizePress as you are aware changes the WP coding around bigtime, and I have not been able to find where to edit any of the coding to include the code you are providing in tje different tipsandtricks articles I found. I want to show Support on the menu when people are logged in, but not when they are not. You help with a solution will be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

May 28, 2016 at 3:48 pm in reply to: Is it possible for pdfstamper to stamp and deliver a pdf file that is zipped? #73306mytricksandtipsMemberI combed the forum and went through everything I could find on the subject. I then began redoing everything related to pdf stamper. I had the stock ‘download now’ button and a custom button on the same page. First the custom button began working continuously then after more changes the stock button. Unfortunately I’m not quite sure what the problem was, but the buttons are now working.
Thanks for all of the detailed info on the forum. It is painstaking to find the answers sometimes, but a good way to learn the plugins. They are great!

May 27, 2016 at 11:57 am in reply to: Is it possible for pdfstamper to stamp and deliver a pdf file that is zipped? #73303mytricksandtipsMemberThanks for the information. I was able to get the file to download in a new tab. Would rather have it open in a new window that could be closed, though.
The download worked a couple of times, then stopped working. What happens now is the download button appears on my computer, but when I click the button the pdf only shows up about half of the time. The other half an error message shows which says ‘ [an error occurred while processing this directive] ‘. This only happens on my computer when using both the ‘download now’ button and also when using a custom button.
When accessing the download page and attempting to download the pdf from two other computers, the button does not show at all, but rather is replaced by text that says ‘You must be logged in to download the file’. This message is given even though I am already logged in.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled pdf Stamper, but that did not help.
How can I get the shortcode to appear and work properly?
