THANKS for your fast response, Ivy! That’s remarkable customer support. I sure hope this solves the problem. I filled in the update request form, and am optimistic about the result. By the way, this is the first time I’ve ever posted anything in a forum. Now I’m excited about forums as well!!!

Hi, Ivy! I’m having the same problem. The encrypted PDF download link in the customer’s e-mail opens up great in Firefox but won’t open in IE. I have Version v3.4.3 of eStore. Is there a debugged updated version of that one? If so, how do I get it? There is no mention of an update available yet in the plugins section of WP.

I really love how user-friendly the eStore is and plan to use it a LOT! But most people use IE so this is a problem.

Really appreciate any help you can give me!
