Hi, What version of the eStore are you using? I believe will just need to update the plugin to fix this issue. There was a small bug with IE and this has since been fixed.

Hi, Ivy! I’m having the same problem. The encrypted PDF download link in the customer’s e-mail opens up great in Firefox but won’t open in IE. I have Version v3.4.3 of eStore. Is there a debugged updated version of that one? If so, how do I get it? There is no mention of an update available yet in the plugins section of WP.
I really love how user-friendly the eStore is and plan to use it a LOT! But most people use IE so this is a problem.
Really appreciate any help you can give me!

i think you should have to do this Download the latest version of Ad-Aware After installing AAW, and before running the program, FIRST update the reference file
