Thank you for your prompt answers.

The extension of my file is “pdf”. I’m also using your PDF Stamper together with eStore.

I did ask around about the devices they tried with. Their answers were always either Android or iOS devices.

There are some readers who own both mobile devices and desktop/laptop PCs, but I get a feeling that many of my readers use only mobile devices.

I checked Google Analytics Dashboard on my web site this morning. According to the statistics:

-iOS: 67.5%

-Android: 28.1%

-Windows: 3.5%

-Macintosh: 0.9%

The same mobile users who could not download my stamped pdf files off the encrypted links were able to download exactly the same stamped pdf files off the regular links (not encrypted), which I manually sent to them.

So I have to assume that the mobile devices are, for some reason, not properly handling encrypted download links although I’m still hoping there may be a way to work around it on my end…

Thank you for your prompt answer.

Actually, I was able to resolve it myself.

The cause of the problem was the content copy protection feature of my WordPress theme. The feature was blocking (almost) anyone but myself from entering any information in the form.

After disabling it only on that page, I found everything to start working beautifully.

I checked the same page again with Google Chrome, IE, Opera and Safari, just in case. No problem. It is working!!
