We are on an apache server:
Apache version 2.2.23
PHP version 5.3.20
MySQL version 5.5.30-cll
I’ve installed the latest version of the plugin (1.6). Our hosting plan is from InMotion hosting (http://www.inmotionhosting.com/vps-hosting) the VPS-2000 plan.
mikemorrisonMemberAgreed!
mikemorrisonMemberThanks for solving the issue
however I have uploaded some new products and have the same problem??
mikemorrisonMemberNo caching plugin & not activated compression to my knowledge
mikemorrisonMemberNow I am getting “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage” in IE8
& in Chrome:
The web page at http://mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/download.php?file=2xOa%2FSMFVvaVgKXj might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
so this appears worse
log says:

mikemorrisonMemberThe message I am getting is:
“Internet explorere cannot download download.php from XXXX.com”
“Internet explorer was not able to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. please try again later”
