Originally I was saving them, unzipping and uploading them using Filezilla. This last time (that worked) I saved the zip to my hardrive and uploaded it via the Plugins installer as a zip file.

Is it possible that something that simple is the reason I’ve been having issues?

Ignore this – I did another automatic update, downloaded another copy of the zip file, and this time it all works. I have no idea why it seems so hit and miss for me to upload these, but it’s working again so it’s all good.

Ok, off to do that now although I’m pretty sure they’re all the most recent – upgraded them all a week ago.

I’ve just discovered another issue too – if a person is a member of the forum already and on eMember, if they bought the course I’ve just launched then they pay for it, however they’re not getting upgraded in eMember, I’m not getting the email to tell me a product was purchased, and they’re not being added to the aWeber email list.

I’ve just had to go through my paypal receipts to find people who had paid but I didn’t know about.

Not sure if this is an eMember or eStore issue, so this comment may be in the wrong forum.

Not a good day technology wise….

Ugh, you were right, it was a plugin conflict. I realised this morning there was one plugin that I hadn’t deactivated – the forum that eMember is giving access to.

Deactivated that and the login widget works fine. Since eMember is protecting the forum page then members will have to go to the login page instead. Can’t believe I forgot to deactivate that plugin when I was checking all the others!

I’m using the Simple:Press forum plugin.

I checked all of plugins and theme and nothing made it work. Cleared cache each time, reloaded the page, disabled everything and still won’t work.

    What else can I do?
