Hi,

I’ve had the same problem, I don’t want to offer pick up but a customer has done exactly that.

I did check on desktop but not on mobile.

Is there a fix for this please?

Hi, plugin works great but I found the same issue as above.

When the continue shopping is clicked, it takes the user back to every gallery created, rather than just their photos.

I can see this may become a problem when I have loads of galleries setup, is there anyway to take them back to just their gallery?

When selecting the page to take them back to in the settings of the WP photo seller, it is just the ‘photo gallery’ for the whole of the galleries. If I select a specific gallery, this will take them back to just the one gallery and not theirs.

version I am using is : 1.9.5

I think I have a solution, I contacted my host and they advised to increase PHP.

This is just my hosting and I increased it to 512 but if anyone else tries this, please make a backup of the file before editing.

Thanks for the use of the key again, I have a completely new site but still having the same issues. I will raise a ticket with the hosting provider.

Can I de-activate the product and then put it on a different server to check server issues?

Many thank for the reply, my site crashed completely last night and unfortunately didn’t have a backup. I’m just loading everything backup but the license key has expired, I am putting on the same domain as the original, could the key be reactivated?

Sorry, spoke too soon, it seems to be when watermarking, it’ll go upto a certain figure then stop, it seems to do the ones before really quick then just sits there and when in this state it wont let you click on the thumbnail and allow you to buy the photo.

Can someone have a look otherwise I’ll need a refund which is a shame because the plugin does most of what I wanted but if I can’t sell photos there is no point.

I think I have a solution but it isn’t ideal, I upload 10 photos via the zip when placed on my FTP and this seems to be working.

If I try to upload more than 10 it seems to stall when it is processing the images, it’ll do a few and then sit on processing one image for ever…

If this can be looked at please as it’s taking forever to upload photos.

It seems random, sometimes they will process OK and the next time none of the photos will work.

I also seem to have the same problem, the thumbnails load but when I click the image, no image appears.

It seems to be random, I uploaded the first few files either one at a time or maximum of 2 but the last 4 images in the gallery [http://www.philmorephotos.co.uk/photogallery/gallery4/] don’t display when the image is clicked.
