After entering the number of items on the photo details page I want to click “view cart’ but often can’t get there. If I do get there and after clicking “agree to terms” when I click “proceed to checkout” I am not taken to the payment page.

I also seem to have the same problem, the thumbnails load but when I click the image, no image appears.
It seems to be random, I uploaded the first few files either one at a time or maximum of 2 but the last 4 images in the gallery [http://www.philmorephotos.co.uk/photogallery/gallery4/] don’t display when the image is clicked.
If you need access, please reply with an email address to send to for temp access.

Looks like only the last 4 photos are not working.
Have you tried deleting only those 4 photos and uploading them again from the gallery settings?
I think I have a solution but it isn’t ideal, I upload 10 photos via the zip when placed on my FTP and this seems to be working.
If I try to upload more than 10 it seems to stall when it is processing the images, it’ll do a few and then sit on processing one image for ever…
If this can be looked at please as it’s taking forever to upload photos.
Sorry, spoke too soon, it seems to be when watermarking, it’ll go upto a certain figure then stop, it seems to do the ones before really quick then just sits there and when in this state it wont let you click on the thumbnail and allow you to buy the photo.
Can someone have a look otherwise I’ll need a refund which is a shame because the plugin does most of what I wanted but if I can’t sell photos there is no point.

What type of server is your site hosted on – shared, VPS, other?
Have you checked the server log files to see if there are any error logs?
I have a feeling you may be running out of server ram memory during the watermarking. (your server logs should reveal this – if you can’t find them ask your host provider to help you)

Many thank for the reply, my site crashed completely last night and unfortunately didn’t have a backup. I’m just loading everything backup but the license key has expired, I am putting on the same domain as the original, could the key be reactivated?

Thanks for the use of the key again, I have a completely new site but still having the same issues. I will raise a ticket with the hosting provider.
Can I de-activate the product and then put it on a different server to check server issues?

I think I have a solution, I contacted my host and they advised to increase PHP.

This is just my hosting and I increased it to 512 but if anyone else tries this, please make a backup of the file before editing.
Yes, increasing the PHP memory tends to “work wonders,” especially if it was less than 512 MB before.
Hey When i am on the cart tab and click proceed to checkout it literally just refreshes the page. But when i click on the Checkout tab on the side it will process and direct me to paypal. How can i link the proceed checkout button to the cart tab so that when i click it itll take me to the payment method?

Looks like you’ve somehow tampered with the original pages which were created by the photoseller.
Here’s what you should do correct this:
– Log into your worpdress admin panel
– Delete the following pages:
[http://www.loosecanonproduction.com/index.php/cart]
[http://www.loosecanonproduction.com/index.php/checkout/]
[http://www.loosecanonproduction.com/index.php/store/]
– Go to the trash section of the pages menu and delete all trash contents.
– After you’ve deleted the above, go to
WP Photo Seller >> Admin Functions and click the Regenerate Default Pages button.
The above will hopefully fix your issue.
