When people are purchasing from my website, I have a shopping cart pop up near the top of the page. This is working fine in Firefox and Chrome, but doesn’t appear in Safari. Is there a conflict with Safari?

I have been through all the settings and everything is set up as directed. Do you have any suggestions?

I have Dennis’s problem above. Product price is $18 per month with a trial period of $1 for the first 5 days and I have received this error. Dennis seemed to figure it out, but I’m not having the same luck unfortunately.
Please tell me what I’ve done wrong and how to fix it and the customer?

MargueritavMemberHi there. I sent you information to grant you access, but I also found where all the emails went. I have a tonne of error messages in my email trash telling me that my husbands email doesn’t exist! Not sure why that is because the address is working perfectly.
But I think this means there is nothing wrong with what I’ve done with the plugin.

MargueritavMemberYep. Okay. You got me on that first product. I recreated one of the products today to see if a new one would work and obviously missed that step. Sorry. The others definitely have the reference though and still having the same problems.

MargueritavMemberI’m so sorry. I’ve been going around in circles and I cannot figure out where I’m going wrong.
I’m still not receiving the email notifications to complete registration and the new member is not getting added to the members list specified. I’ve tested the email as suggested at https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/not-receiving-emails-even-though-the-plugin-sent-the-email and installed the special plugin for emails. All working fine.
And another product upgrades my membership, instead of creating a new membership for the person who purchased.
I’ve enabled IPN, though I’ve just put in my main membership site:
[http://consciouswealthinstitute.com] for the value.
I’m sure the answer is simple and I just can’t see it. Can you please help by interpreting the data and giving me some more suggestions. Thanks.

MargueritavMemberThanks Peter. I’ll check out your previous response. To be honest, I couldn’t find the thread of the post I had asked the question for again! As for eMember and Paypal, I don’t want to use the a Paypal button, I was just looking for anything to improve the integration to make sure it worked. I thought maybe it was necessary for the email being sent, but I’ll check out the threads you’ve suggested.

I’ve set up my e-store and integrated it with e-member and Aweber but it is not sending out an email to the purchaser for them to complete their registeration for their membership.
I’ve been over everything many times and cannot see where I might have gone wrong.

I have an added challenge. I am migrating off Digital Access Pass for much of the same reasons as the person in this previous post.
At the same time I have decided to re-brand my material and am migrating everything onto a new website with a new URL.
Is there anyway I can make this transition easily with my members including the Paypal monthly membership fee setup?
