Membership confirmation email not being sent

I am using your suite of plugins on my membership site http://www.studythebiblenow.com but I have started esxperiencing a problem wher the membership email after purchase (IMPORTANT) Your Spirit Life Membership Details) is not being sent. eStore is set up to integrate with the membership level and Aweber is set up to catch the members on a list once they complete their membership details, but consistently this afternoon I have carried out test subscriptions and I get the other meials one would expect, but not the member confirmation.

emember 7.9.8.1, aff plat 5.1.6, estore 6.6.8

Initially I thought is was an issue connected to aweber, but I switched aweber integration off completely and the issue has persisted (about three different transactions, and none of them delivered the email)

Help! The site is live and visitors are coming every day. Not sure why things have stopped working, no extra plugins have been added etc.

Ok, looking at debug logs it looks like it might be because I am using the same paypal email address that has been used before? Your feedback would be much appreciated thanks

Ok, we are good got it sorted. Had a little issue on the server that we took care of after checking the folloiwng post:

But aweber integration is not working. I have the member plugin set up to integrate with my list but it just is not happening. I have opened a different topic for that one:

Hi there.

I’ve set up my e-store and integrated it with e-member and Aweber but it is not sending out an email to the purchaser for them to complete their registeration for their membership.

I’ve been over everything many times and cannot see where I might have gone wrong.
