Unfortunately the option of sending cd-s with these tutorials is not a valid option.The price of the tutorials is not expensive enough so we can cover all the production and shipping costs.I just wanted to know if there is an option or another plugin on your page that allows me to block these users in any way.

Thank you for your response.I think it is a good idea if you can include this function in the next release of the eStore plugin.
I have web page dedicated to the sale of video tutorials,after that the customer makes the payment will receive the link to download the purchased tutorials.The problem is that recently there are people who try to fraud me asking for they money back through PayPal after they have received the tutorials,in this way they receive the tutorials and his money back.PayPal does not provide any warranty to the sellers of digital products as in my case.Exactly for this reason I want to deny the possibility of making more purchases in my web page to these people.
Also wanted to know if there is an option that can serve as proof that these people have already received the download links.

Thankyou very much for your reply. However, I still don´t understand how I can configure a banner inside a page made with WordPress that is not visible. I mean: in order for a banner to work, it must be inserted and visible inside the same affiliate Plugin, and not in a WordPress page. If I create an exclusive banner inside Add/Edit Ads for one of my affiliates, this banner will be visible to all users. I would be very grateful if you could explain to me how I should go about creating or configuring this banner. Warmest regards.
