I have web page and I am selling digital goods,after that the customer makes the payment will receive the link to download the purchased product. But is the fourth time this month that someone buys several downloadable products, get their links, then initiate a payment reversal at Paypal stating that the transaction was made without the account holder’s knowledge. Paypal protects the buyer only for tangible goods, not for intangible ones such as web services, downloads, ebooks….
I wanted to know if this new version of eStore there is a possibility of blocking these people. After doing several searches in this forum I could not find an answer for this problem that can destroy all my business.

I have often imagined that if the download is “expensive enough,” that one solution would be to sell them physical instructions, sent via overnight mail, with tracking; that contains printed copies of the download links. That way, you’ve sold a physical product, and you have a delivery address.

Unfortunately the option of sending cd-s with these tutorials is not a valid option.The price of the tutorials is not expensive enough so we can cover all the production and shipping costs.I just wanted to know if there is an option or another plugin on your page that allows me to block these users in any way.
