I did try binary in a totally different FTP program (was using Filezilla and switched to Smart FTP) and it now seems to work fine. Haven’t had another complaint. From Google searching, it seems Filezilla quite often corrupts things.

I did pre-orders for an album that released on October 25th. I created a product that didn’t have any download associated with it, and on the release date, generated the email list, a download link, and sent it out to everyone. Seemed to work fine. Then after the release date I simply added the downloadable content.

It is for an album that will be released on October 25th, but I want people to be able to buy it now and get it sent to them then. I have seen people having pre-orders through PayPal before for physical products, at least.
