Sorry for the long delay (this is a pro bono client). Increasing the memory and configuring the add-on worked. I now have a working directory listing with detail pages.
I do have some other questions, but I’ll start a new thread. Thanks!
Portland CulinaryMemberI’m having exactly the same problem with my installation of WP eMember. Users who have forgotten their password go through the Reset procedure. The dialog box says that a new password was sent…but it was NOT sent.
They never receive a new password.
The old password does not work.
When I attempt to change the password from the admin panel, the program returns an error and tells me that “This email is already in use” or “This username is already in use”.
Help!

However, I’m still getting a blank popup on the public members directory. Here’s the link to the page.

Can you tell me why I’m not seeing any of the member information in the popup?
