I am currently trying to get the member profile detail page to work.
I have the member listings working OK but when you click on the user name a blank pop up box appears…no information.
I’m using WordPress 3.5.1
Here’s a link to the page:

I tried installing the extended add-in, but that caused my entire admin panel to display as the dreaded white screen of death.
February 15, 2013 at 5:47 am #53875adminKeymasterYou definitely want to use the eMember profile extended addon. Lets looks at why you are having the blank page issue. This usually happens if you are running out of RAM memory so the solution is to simply contact your host and increase the RAM memory allocation of your server. Check the following two posts:

February 20, 2013 at 11:16 pm #53876Portland CulinaryMemberAs you suggested, I contacted my hosting provider and they increased my memory to 128MB of RAM. However, I’m still getting a blank popup on the public members directory. Here’s the link to the page.

Can you tell me why I’m not seeing any of the member information in the popup?
Thanks!
February 21, 2013 at 1:25 am #53877adminKeymasterOkay you haven’t done anything with the profile extended addon. I think you have just activated that addon and then din’t configure it. Basically, you need to follow the documentation for this addon and do what it tells you to do to set it up:
Here is the link to the documentation:

The profile extended addon replaces the functionality of the other profile display option that you are currently using. So get rid of this profile display shortcode that you are currently using then do the following:
Step 1) Go to the above mentioned documentation URL
Step 2) Open the Usage Guide (there is a PDF file with some instruction)
Step 3) Do the steps to set up the addon.

August 2, 2013 at 12:30 am #53879Portland CulinaryMemberSorry for the long delay (this is a pro bono client). Increasing the memory and configuring the add-on worked. I now have a working directory listing with detail pages.
I do have some other questions, but I’ll start a new thread. Thanks!
