July 23, 2012 at 1:28 am in reply to: Payment Getaway Bundle plugin, ARB subscr. – how to process transaction results #47612lucianmihMember
Thank you, Amin! That worked fine, great!
I setup my PG thank you page in the “Buy Now or Subscription Type Button Specific Settings” -> “Return URL” and after the transaction it went to the specified URL.
P.S. Where can I send a donation for your excellent customer support?
lucianmihMemberThank you, Amin. I filled out the form so you can check the issue.
July 21, 2011 at 8:36 pm in reply to: Suggestions and wishlist for the next version of eMember #22887lucianmihMemberAnother suggestion for eMember:
In Settings – Email Settings, section for Registration Complete, can you please add a “To” field, so we can add another email(s) to receive the notification?
Now the notification goes just to WP admin email. (and I have to edit eMember_misc_functions.php in the EMEMBER_NEW_ACCOUNT_MAIL_HEAD section, but I have to do this with every update)
lucianmihMember1)Thanks for looking into that.
2)I installed the latest eMember (6.7.5) and I don’t have the logout link when I’m logged in into an inactive account. (it is the same like the above image)
I’m using [wp_eMember_login_form:end] in the member’s page.
lucianmihMemberThanks for the reply, Amin.
On 1. I understand the resolution. But how can we get a list of current active/inactive accounts at a specific moment? (as if the inactive member did not login, the account is still marked as active)
On 2. — Yes, you can see the logout link, but only when the account is active and you’re logged in.
But when you are logged in and your subscription is expired, the Member Login page shows like in this image (no logout options)
http://sidelinesnews.com/test/wp-eMember-subscription-expired.png
The administrator checks different member accounts and when you get to an expired account there is no way to logout, other than waiting for the session to expire or perhaps clear the cookies.
A logout link for an expired account will be usefull.
Thanks,
Lucian
lucianmihMemberIf I login to the expired member the account shows the proper message
Your subscription Period Expired. Please Renew your account.
1)Can you also show the “expire” status in the WP eMember Manage members list once the subscription date expires?
Now it shows the Account state as “expired” only after you login to the expired account.
2)Also, when you login on a member expired account, can you also add a Logout link?
(there is no way to logout from an expired account)

July 12, 2011 at 8:44 pm in reply to: Suggestions and wishlist for the next version of eMember #22886lucianmihMemberI have 2 suggestions for eMember:
Thank you for enlarging the Email and Username fields at the top right of the Manage Members admin page! (I was about to suggest that, then I see it in place in vers.6.7.3)
1)Perhaps also enlarge the edit fields a bit
Sample: [http://sidelinesnews.com/test/wp-eMember-edit-fields.png]
2) After adding or deleting a member, can you automatically get back to Members admin page (admin.php?page=wp_eMember_manage) ?
(now it is returning to a partial member page, either with no members on it, or without the search fields to the top right)
Samples:
After a new member add

After deleting a member using the checkbox beside it
[http://sidelinesnews.com/test/wp-eMember-after-member-delete-by-checkbox.png]
After deleteing a member using the “Delete” -> Yes/No link

Thanks! I appreciate your products.

July 12, 2011 at 7:18 pm in reply to: Authorize.net customer ID editable by user on checkout page #34131lucianmihMemberJust for the record I’ll post here how this was solved. After Amin checked our eStore installation, he realized that the issue must be on the Authorize.net side.
I went into administrative side of Authorize.net in Settings – Edit form fields and I was able to set the Customer ID to not be editable.
Thanks! — Lucian

July 10, 2011 at 4:32 am in reply to: Authorize.net customer ID editable by user on checkout page #34128lucianmihMemberI’m using WP eStore v5.4.0 and WP eMember v6.5.7, with WordPress 3.1.4.
I did not make any changes to the plugins.
By the way — are eStore and eMember ready for WordPress 3.2?
July 9, 2011 at 1:40 pm in reply to: Authorize.net customer ID editable by user on checkout page #34126lucianmihMemberlucianmihMemberI upgraded to WP eMember v6.5.7 and that error is gone now.
Lucian
lucianmihMemberI get the same warning in eMember_members_menu.php line 928.
I’m using WP 3.1.3, WP eMember v6.2.2.
I did not import users from WordPress, I added them through WP eMembers signup process or manually in WP eMember.
Thanks,
Lucian
lucianmihMemberThank you, Amin.
Do you plan to add regional taxes into eStore sometime in the future? This will be useful also for Canadian provinces.
lucianmihMemberI checked and there is no such feature in Authorize.net. In the help info it says that tax should be included in the total amount of transaction.
Also I notice that when you go to checkout, the user has to enter his information on the Authorize.net page. But to get the proper tax we need to know his address prior to this. Is there a way for the user to enter his information on the website in eStore prior to redirection the Authorize.net checkout page?
Also is there a workaround eStore code to have the tax added for this specific state (Texas)? Can you do a customization?
I see here that the variable sent for tax is x_tax:
Example:
<INPUT TYPE=”HIDDEN” name=”x_tax” VALUE=”Tax1<|>state tax<|>0.0625″>
Thanks,
Lucian
