    Hi,

I’m using eStore with Authorize.net as a payment method. When an user goes to checkout, on the Authorize.net checkout page the Customer ID is editable. One user removed his customer id, so after the payment the transaction was not recorded on the website.

Shouldn’t be this Customed ID sent as a hidden variable to the Authorize.net cart checkout? How can we prevent this?

    Thanks,

    Lucian

Customer ID is always uneditable (yes it is sent to auth.net as a hidden variable). Can you please post a link to your products page so I can go there check out to see how the customer ID looks in your case?

I see… What version of WP eStore do you have. Have you made any modification to the eStore plugin code?

I’m using WP eStore v5.4.0 and WP eMember v6.5.7, with WordPress 3.1.4.

I did not make any changes to the plugins.

By the way — are eStore and eMember ready for WordPress 3.2?

Yes, All of our plugins are ready for WordPress 3.2.

Regarding the customer ID field… I will send you an email to get site access to check this out.

Just for the record I’ll post here how this was solved. After Amin checked our eStore installation, he realized that the issue must be on the Authorize.net side.

I went into administrative side of Authorize.net in Settings – Edit form fields and I was able to set the Customer ID to not be editable.

    Thanks! — Lucian
