It’s quite a few users after checking some random ones. I would like to get to the bottom of it as have a large number of other members to import and would like it to work, thanks
Still regarding the emails, any users that I import are not receiving the ‘complete registration’ email either

It appears all the details in the email settings are correct. To clarify wzp:
I have set up 4 membership types in my clients site: nairo.org.uk/about/join/
When a new user subscribes I receive an email: “New subscription” but this should go to my clients email address. I have changed all of the settings in the email settings area but feel I must be missing something?
