When a new user subscribes to a membership the alert email is sent to the wrong email address that was used in testing. I can’t find anywhere where to change it, please can you advise?
Please restate, clarify, or give more information about the issue.
Check the “Email Settings” menu of the plugin. Have you entered an incorrect value in the notification email address field?
It appears all the details in the email settings are correct. To clarify wzp:
I have set up 4 membership types in my clients site: nairo.org.uk/about/join/
When a new user subscribes I receive an email: “New subscription” but this should go to my clients email address. I have changed all of the settings in the email settings area but feel I must be missing something?

When you say “my clients email address,” do you mean the person who purchased the membership, or the person you setup the site for?
And does the person who purchased the subscription ever receive an email now?

Still regarding the emails, any users that I import are not receiving the ‘complete registration’ email either
Bulk importing members does not send a “complete registration” email. It should however, send a “reset password” email.
